In this case we had complete creative freedom. We had to make a headboard for a room that was barely furnished, and it would be accompanied by some bedside tables also designed by us.
At that time we were researching in the workshop the safari concept and the designs of the 50's. This line had its origins in the film "The Queen of Africa"..
We designed a headboard made up of a succession of oak wood sections, which showed the back of the headboard and made various organic and psychedelic drawings. All surrounded by a rounded oak frame on the inside.
